Universiade in Italian at the PUEB

The Universiade in Italian is a competition for students studying Italian as a foreign language, co-organised by ANILS (Associazione Nazionale degli Insegnanti di Lingua Straniera) and the University of Economics and Business in Prague. The competition will take place over two days and the programme is following:

On Thursday, 1 February 2024, tests divided according to the six CEFR levels (from A1 to C2) will be held at the University of Economics in Prague or at foreign universities (or other educational institutions). These tests include listening, reading, written and oral parts and also morphosyntax. Students from any university can take part as long as they are enrolled in the current year of study.

On Friday, February 2, workshops for students and teachers will be held, and there will also be awards for the top three at each level. In the afternoon there will be a conference for teachers on “Italian and Sustainability”.

The project will be organized by the Italian Cultural Institute in Prague and the Società Dante Alighieri.
